Entry Conditioning
This program is split into 6 weeks that progressively overload your anaerobic and aerobic systems. Consult a physician before starting this program and know your limits.

The beginning of the program will focus on body weight exercises and progress into a weight training regimen. Each exercise will be illustrated and do pay attention to the form I use. Keep a detailed log of your workouts and nutrition.
