Catabolic Training

This 6 week session will be focused on energy consumption rather than mass building.  The term catabolic mean’s to break down.  This program has the intent to break down adipose tissue.  Most of the workouts will be circuits with little rest in order to overload the anaerobic and aerobic systems. This will not only burn a significant amount of calories,

but will elevate metabolism for up to 24 hours after the workout.  As always consult a physician and know your limits.  Push your self during this phase.  These workouts will be intense and will require discipline and desire, but they have been proven to be very effective for fat loss and increasing endurance as they increase maximal oxygen consumption.
